Lawrence has the ability to adopt a hands on approach, with a good attention to details, his is a team player with a good attitude towards learning and development.

Lawrence’s extensive programme and project management experience has enabled him to work across a wide range of sectors, using advanced analytical abilities to analyse highly complex data sets, leading a large variety of engagements, identifying critical areas for improvement.

He is a Lean Sigma Black Belt who is experienced in process mapping, value stream mapping, conducting stakeholder interviews, leading and facilitating workshops, managing rapid improvement activities, ensuring benefits delivery. He also has significant experience in preparing, presenting and reviewing internal and external business cases.

Lawrence is comfortable dealing with stakeholders from all levels in organisations from junior staff to executive and board level.
